Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and [YOUR NAME OR COMPANY](“we”, “us”) covering your use of Semester Command Center (the “Service”). By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

Semester Command Center reads syllabus text you provide, extracts assignments and deadlines, and generates a suggested study schedule. It is a planning aid, not an academic authority.

Accuracy and your responsibility

Extraction is performed by an automated language model and will sometimes be wrong. Dates may be misread, items may be missed, and weights may be misattributed. You are responsible for verifying every deadline against your official course materials. We are not liable for missed assignments, exams, or grades resulting from reliance on the Service.

Accounts

  • You must provide an email address you control, and keep access to it secure.
  • You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
  • One person per account; do not share sign-in links.
  • You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content you do not have the right to share.
  • Attempt to break, overload, or reverse engineer the Service.
  • Use automated means to access the Service outside its intended interface.
  • Resell or redistribute the Service or its output as your own product.

Payment and renewal

  • The Semester Pass costs $15 per semester and renews automatically.
  • Renewals occur only on August 8 and January 8. If you purchase within six weeks of a renewal date, that renewal is skipped.
  • We email a reminder approximately seven days before each renewal charge.
  • You may pause or cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues through the period you have already paid for.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
  • Prices may change, but not for a period you have already paid for.

Refunds

If the Service does not work as described, email [SUPPORT EMAIL] within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it. Beyond that window, refunds are at our discretion.

Cancellation and termination

You may delete your account at any time from the account page, which permanently removes your courses, deadlines, and study sessions. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in the app before taking effect.
